Clark Tayler

Clark Tayler is a highly accomplished business professional with more than 30 years of experience in executive-level operational management, workflow process design and implementation, sales strategy, organizational development, and operational turnarounds. He excels at building positive cultures, developing management teams, optimizing production operations, and driving continuous process improvement across organizations.

He began his career in the clinical and laboratory fields where he forged skills to combine analytical rigor with practical execution.  After being accepted to multiple medical schools,  he realized that business operations more closely aligned with his talents. In 1998, Clark co-founded Aspen Countertops and served as General Manager, building a successful company focused on Utah’s growing construction industry. Following the 2015 acquisition by InteriorWorx, he served as General Manager of InteriorWorx Countertops from 2015 to 2019, where he led sales and operations initiatives that doubled revenues and significantly increased EBITDA. , Clark continues providing strategic direction to the sales and operations teams at InteriorWorx Countertops while leading one-off projects and ongoing optimization efforts for other InteriorWorx companies.

Clark holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah.

He and his wife, Amber, have two children and enjoy paragliding, hiking, and biking together.
