Founded in 1994, Utah-based Intermountain Plantings built and maintained large and complex landscape projects throughout the Intermountain region.
OUR PARTNERSHIPIn 2016, Ridgeview acquired Intermountain Plantings and it became part of the InteriorWorx family of companies (also a Ridgeview affiliate). Since our partnership, Intermountain Plantings opened an office in Boise, Idaho and became the largest landscaper in that market, built a division focused on providing residential landscaping to production home builders, and acquired Kimball Property Maintenance in Salt Lake City. By 2023 Intermountain Plantings, under Ridgeview’s leadership, had increased Revenues more than 400%. The company was also recognized as one of the largest 100 landscape companies in the U.S.A.
TODAYRidgeview sold Intermountain Plantings in 2023 to BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV), the country’s largest landscape company, realizing an attractive return on our investment.
